Built in 1915, the home at 2833 Rockwood Place was the residence of George Ehrmin, according to the 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories.  Once the sales manager of the M. S. Ramseyer Company, Mr. Ehrmin became the secretary of that company by 1921.  No wife was listed in the 1924 directory.
