The Toledo News Bee dated October 21, 1911 posted an advertisement by the Irving B Hiett Company for the sale of this Irving Street home for the consideration of $3,650.   The out-of-town owner wished to sell this nine room house with a good barn.   The dwelling was described as completely modern with a furnace, mantel and grate, and a nice cellar.
