The June 23, 1917 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement by Collins & Bolger for the sale of the home on Hollywood at Virginia.  The eight room house had soft water plumbing, enclosed ice box, drive with canopy at the side of the house, and a garage for three machines and rooms for a chauffeur.  The garage had an underground gas tank on the outside with a pump on the inside, batteries for charging an electric and a wash rack.
