3020 Fulton was home to George Kaltenmark and his wife Emma in 1910.  Mr. Kaltenmark was a cutter.  He remained at this address at least through 1921.  The 1910 Census listed Mr. Kaltnemark, his wife Emma, 10 year-old Mildred, 8 year-old Kenneth and 6 year-old Ruth.  His mother-in-law Germany-born widow Josephine Burger also lived with the family during the 1920 Census.
