534 Colonial Court was home to Herman Lefkowitz in 1918.   Mr. Lekowitz was the manager of the Field Company.  Ralph Leach lived here in 1921 according to the city directory of that year.  Mr. Leach was employed with the B. A. Leach Lumber Company located at 3002 Lawrence.  Mr. Leach and his wife Geneva Leach still lived here in 1924.  The September 14, 1925 edition of the Toledo News Bee informed the public of the death of 87 year old William Suitor who resided here in this home.
