A 1937 photograph shows 529 Colonial Court.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Archibald French as the resident of this home.  His occupation was not listed.  The 1921 directory listed Archibald Stone as the occupant.  John and Lena Cowell roomed here in 1924.  Mr. Cowell was the vice-president and general manager of the Toledo Automatic Brush Machinery Company and the President of the Chamber of Commerce.
