According to the 1918, 1924, and 1928 city directories, the house at 2918 Burnett Place was home to Richard Saelzler and his wife Anna.  Mr. Saelzer was a purchasing agent with the Union Supply Company.  The Summer 2009 issue of American Bungalow magazine has a photograph of 2918 Burnett Place on page 69 along with a view of the adjacent home at 2922 Burnett Place.
