2911 Burnett Place (2913) was home to Dr. Carolton Mundy, a physician, according to the 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories.  His practice, located at 125 15th Street, was Davis & Mundy.  His wife was Opal Mundy.  The 1921 city directory listed Giles Mundy, a salesman with Nickels, Jackson & Lavenberg, as a roomer.   The 1928 city directory listed Albert Nothan, the department manager of the B. R. Baker Company, as the occupant.  Marie Nothan roomed here in 1928.
