2910 Burnett Place was home to Otto Cummerow, the assistant secretary of the Buckeye Brewing Company, according to the 1918 city directory.  The 1921 and 1924 directories listed Seymour Hirsch and his wife Jane Hirsch as the occupants of this home.  Mr. Hirsch was a in seed sales.  Frederick Hirsch, a student, roomed here in 1924.  The live-in domestic in 1921 was Agnes Bihl.  Here is a more recent view of 2910 for comparison with the vintage photograph provided on this website.
