327 Boston Place (Collingwood Place), seen in this circa 1960 view, was home in 1910 to Ohio-born Charles Wilhelm, the treasurer of the Gendron Wheel Company.  His wife was Ethel Wilhelm.   Erma Wilhelm, a 16 year-old student in 1910, boarded here as well as 10 year-old son Loraine Wilhelm.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Walter Torrey, the president of the Northwestern Lunch Company, while the 1921 directory listed Frank Duddy, the assistant pastor of the First Congregational Church.
