Mills and Wachter architectural firm of Toledo designed this church for the congregation of the First Unitarian Church, constructed in 1893.  Dr. Horace Westwood was the pastor of the ediface located at 2136 Ashland Avenue at Prescott Street.  The building was sold in 1912 to the Salesian Club, an organization of young Catholic women for their clubhouse for the consideration of $30,000. The building was demolished in 1924.
