615 Arcadia, once 615 Georgia Avenue, was listed for sale in the September 13, 1919 edition of the Toledo News Bee.  The E H Close Realty Company described the six-room home as available for the consideration of $8,000 , on very liberal terms.  There were three bedrooms on the second floor, both gas and electric lights,  and both soft and city water.  Screens, shades and awnings were to go with the home.
