The E H Close Realty Company posted the sale of recently-built homes in the 500 block of Georgia Avenue ( Arcadia ) in the April 4, 1914 edition of the Toledo News Bee.   The homes looking down Georgia Avenue from Parkwood in this vintage photograph were three or four bedrooms each built on 35-foot lots being sold for $500 down and the balance in monthly payments.
