The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Sylvania Erwin, the widow of Robert Erwin.  Her daughters according to the 1900 Census included Nelliw, Grace and Mary Erwin.  Ameen Yarid who sold rugs lived here in 1910 according to the directory of that year.  The 1918 directory listed the house as vacant, while the 1921 and 1924 directories listed Wilhelmina Montri, the widow of Columbus Montri, as the occupant.  Marguerite and Robert Montri were her chidlren.
