The July 6, 1910 issue of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the sale of 2319 Maplewood in the west end of Toledo.  The Fox Realty Company offered the beautiful home for the price of $3,500.  The house was described as an eight room, one bath home with hardwood floors, well-built, prettily arranged and decorated.
