The March 7, 1917 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted the sale of the two-apartment house at 3162 Glenwood Avenue for a down payment of $700 and monthly payments.  The residence was constructed two years ago.  Located within the Overland district, each unit had five rooms and bath.  The realtor was the E H Close Realty Company.
