The 1910, 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories listed the occupant of 2207 Glenwood as Ned Baumgardner.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 376. His wife was Kate (Annin) Baumgardner and their son was Edson Baumgardner.  The 1910 Census listed Missouri-born Jenney Stansonberger was the family's live-in servant.
