The 2422 Glenwood address did not appear in the 1911 Polk City Directory, but first appeared as a "vacant" property in the 1912 city directory.  According to the 1918 and 1921 city directories, the house at 2422 Glenwood was home to John Monaghan who worked in the real estate loan department with the Ohio Savings Bank & Trust Company.
