2370 Glenwood was home to John Reid, the president and manager of the Toledo Catering Company and the Michigan Catering Company according to the 1910 and the 1918 city directories.  His biography and personal photograph appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 4 on page 364.  His wife was Pearl (Garns) Reid. Robert Reid was a clerk with the family business.  The 1921 directory listed George Harter, the advertising manager of the R & R Company.
