The 1900 directory listed Louie Brien, a travel agent (salesman) as the resident of 2364 Glenwood.  Also in 1900 Deborah Breese, the widow of William Breese, boarded here.   Sarah Isenberg, the widow of Joseph Isenberg, was the occupant in 1910.  Aubrey Isenberg, a student, boarded here.  The 1921 directory listed L. Leroy Disher, the principal at Jefferson School, as the resident.  Also listed that year was William Boshart whose biography and personal photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Supplement on page 273.  Emma Boshart was his wife. They had twin daughters Jeanne and Lois.
