The 1900 city directory listed Arthur Irvine as the resident at 2052 Glenwood.  Mr. Irvine was a freight manager with the C. H. & D Railroad.  Mrs. Harriet Austin boarded here in 1900.  The 1910 directory listed Fannie Babcock, the widow of Juson Babcock, as the occupant of this home.  Frances Babcock and Minnie Babcock boarded here as did Jennie Babcock and Nellie Babcock, both manual training teachers.  Guy Atherton lived here in 1918, while sales manager Vernon Maxwell was the resident in 1921.
