The Lucas County Auditor's records listed the construction year of 2560 Glenwood as 1912.  Louis Comiossy, a jeweler at 613 Madsion Avenue,.was listed as the occupant of this house in both 1918 and 1921.  Ralph Comiossy, a jeweler, roomed in this home.  Jessie Comiossy was a music teacher who worked at 321.5 Huron Street.  Alice, Arthur, Howard, George and Frank Comiossy also roomed here.  William Gardiner, an agent with the New York Life Insurance Company, and his wife Marcella waere the residents in 1935.  Mr. Gardiner's biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 3 on page 52. Their daughter was Joyce Gardiner.
