In 1910 Leon Beeghly was the resident at 2407 Glenwood.  He was the manager of the France Company. Both the 2407 and 2409 Glenwood addresses were "vacant" in 1911, while Charles Acker lived here in 1912.  Mr. Acker was in real estate.  The 1921 Polk City Directory listed contractor Fred Hall who had an office at 103 The Nicholas Building.
