2703 Glenwood was built on lot # 6 Upton & Miller's Robinwood Addition in 1913.  Originally the lot was bought in 1907 by Grace Gibson, a teacher at Central High who lived at 219 Floyd.  The lot passed into the name of Anna Kelley in 1911 and was sold to Edward and Edith Anderegg of 2325 Whitney Avenue in October of 1912.  Thanks to Debbie Martin for this research.
