2725 Glenwood was constructed by builder Nathaniel Heffelbower on lot 70 Collingwood Addition.  It was offered for the consideration of $4,500.  This home had the same floor plan as 2716 Scottwood.  The 1910 Polk City Directory shows that the Stillman Brown family occupied this house along with domestic Emma Stanton.  Mr. Brown was superintendent of the Post Office Delivery.
