The architectural drawing of 3365 Collingwood was commissioned by Dr. and Mrs. John Gersten for alterations to this duplex.  The firm was Jokel, Coy and Thal.  The plan lay out a plan to convert the duplex into a doctor's office on the first floor with living quarters for the family upstairs.
