Frank L. Bird was a contractor and carpenter who lived in the Frederick Bernhard house at 2459 Robinwood according to the 1896 Polk City Directory. By 1900 Frank and his wife Rose had moved to 2146 Monroe and his occupation was listed as a horseman. Mr. Frank had previously lived at 928 Dorr Street in 1891.
