2017 and 2027 Robinwood Avenue as they appear in the book, Art Work of Toledo, Ohio 1895. 2017 was built in 1882.  Robert Dakin was the resident in 1891 working in real estate from 233 St. Clair.  In 1900 Charles Niles boarded there while Lilian Brier was the live-in domestic.  The October 27, 1901 issue of the Toledo News-Bee listed 2017 Robinwood as a ten-room house available for rent at $60 a month.
