2041 Robinwood was home to Walter Tousey, his wife Grace and their new-born daughter Carolina in 1909-1911.  Additionally, the 1910 Polk City Directory listed Mabel Richardson as the live-in domestic. The 1912 and the 1918 directory listed William Brigham, president of the Woolson Spice Comapany and 1st vice-president of the Home Savings Bank.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 625.  The family domestic in 1921 was Mrs. Mollie Browder.
