Both the 1896 and 1900 city directories listed Asaph Barton as the resident of 2037 Glenwood while George Rich, the office manager at W. L. Milner & Company, roomed here.  By 1910, and in 1918 Mr. Rich was listed as the principal resident.  The 1921 directory listed Isaac Rosenthal, the manager of the New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, as the occupant.  Mr. Rosenthal's biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 3 on page 342.  The 1924 directory listed Cyril Donnelly, a lawyer, whose image appeared in the group photography entitled "Bar and Bench Toledo Ohio 1926".
