The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Charles Foncannon of Foncannon & Company as the occupant of the home at 2024 Glenwood. Horace Waters of Draper & Nugent roomed here that same year.  Adah Foncannon, the widow of Charles Foncannon, as the resident in the 1910 directory.  Charles Foncannon, a soldier, and H. Knight Foncannon, roomed here in 1918.  By 1921 Agnes Gilson, the widow of Alred Gilson, and Karl Gilson, a commercial artist, called 2024 Glenwood their home.  Fred Helmke at A. Bentley & Sons Company roomed here in 1921.
