A "horseless carriage", driven by Willard Ezra Allen, passes the Bartley Mansion in the 1800 block of Collingwood as it heads north. Mr. Allen constructed his mansion, Collingwood Villa, at 3015 Collingwood Avenue at Central. It is widely known today as the Devilbiss Mansion. | |||||
