2724 Collingwood still stands at the intersection with Kenilworth in Toledo's Old West End.  One of its most notable interior features is an expansive stone fireplace flanked by french doors in the large living room.  In the Polk City Directory of 1918, Sylvian Basch of Basch & Company, was listed as the resident.  His store was located at 340 Summit in downtown doing business as jewelers and diamond importers.  In 1921, Helen Barrett was the live-in domestic.
