2628 Collingwood was home to Dr. Charles Fisher according to the 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories.  Dr. Fisher was a surgeon and physician whose office was located at 237 Michigan.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 652.  His wife was Elizabeth (Herb) Fisher.
