2717 Collingwood (left) was built in 1899 for Fred and Marietta (Allen) McCaskey.  Mr. McCaskey's biography/photograph appeared in Memoirs of Lucas County and the City of Toledo on page 111.  In 1900  Marietta's sister Laura Allen lived here while the live-in domestics were 17 year old Katie Kasper and Lilah Ferguson.  The 1910 Census listed Albert Irish, his wife Mary, and sons Raymond and Herbert as the residents. The 1911-1918 city directories listed William Haskell.  His biography/photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2  on page 294.  His wife was Mollie (Hauser) Haskell.
