A 2004 photograph of the Willard Allen Home at 3015 Collingwood.  It was known as Collingwood Villa.  Later it became home to the Thomas Devilbiss family.  The 1911 and 1912 Polk city directories listed Willard Allen as the resident.  Mr. Allen was the president and treasurer of the Allen Manufacturing Company.
