620 Virginia was home to Martin Crowell in 1900. Mr. Crowell was the cashier and paymaster with the Toledo, St. Louis and Kansas City Railroad. The family's live-in domestic was Mamie Jennings in 1900. The 1910 and the 1921 city directories listed Sarah Bissell, the widow of Edward Bissell, as the resident of this home. Charlotte Bissell, a teacher at the Central High School, was a roomer in her mother's home those same years. In 1921 Stella Billik was the live-in maid. | |||||
