William Church, the president of Church & McConnell Company which was a grocery at 201 St. Clair, was the resident of 2025 Glenwood in 1910.  William France (1911) and Harry Hart Jr (1912) were other residents.  The 1918 city directory  listed Arthur Hickok, the president of Hickok Producting Company, oil producers with an office in the Nasby Building.  Ruth Hickok roomed here.  Herbert McNierney lived here in 1921.  He was the vice-president and general manager of the Mohn Art Company.  Ada Burchfield, a public school teacher, roomed here in 1921.
