2044 Glenwood did not appear until the 1912 Polk City Directory listing.  It was home to James Cummins of R. H. Lane & Co. in 1912 and 2046 Glenwood was home to William Colburn that same year.  Mr. Colburn was with Weed, Colburn & Co.  It was still home to Carrie Colburn, the widow of W. J. Colburn, in 1918.  Arthur Hickok, the president of the Hickok Producing Company, was the occupant in 1921.
