534 Nesslewood Avenue
 

534 Nesslewood Avenue was constructed in 1912 for $3,400.  The 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Herman Manthey, a foreman, as the resident of 534 Nesslewood Avenue.  His wife was Emma Manthey.  The December 13, 1929 issue of the Toledo News-Bee reported the theft of four money purses from the Manthey home at 534 Nesslewood.  The loss was $21.
